Using Eldryn
Eldryn is a Discord game and related website service. By using the bot, website, Store or another official Eldryn service, you agree to these Terms and the Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must also be permitted to use Discord under Discord's own terms and any age or account requirements that apply to you.
Discord and community rules
While using Eldryn, you must comply with these Terms, the Eldryn Code of Conduct, the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. You must also follow the rules of the Discord server in which you are playing.
Discord, Top.gg, Stripe and other third-party services used alongside Eldryn are separate services. Their own terms and privacy rules apply when you use them.
Your Trainer account
Your Eldryn Trainer is linked to your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Discord account secure and for activity performed through your account.
Game progress, items, currencies, Eldryn, rankings, entitlements and other virtual content are part of the Service. They do not represent legal tender, stored monetary value or a right to cash payment unless Eldryn explicitly states otherwise.
Do not sell, purchase or exchange Eldryn accounts, currencies, items or other virtual content for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, services or other external value unless an official Eldryn feature expressly permits it.
Gameplay, fair play and service integrity
You may not use Eldryn for illegal or malicious activity, intentionally interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse bugs or exploits, or use automation to play or progress. The Code of Conduct contains the detailed fair-play and automation rules.
If you discover a vulnerability, duplication issue, permission bypass or other serious exploit, report it privately through Eldryn support rather than using or distributing it.
Eldryn may correct duplicated, exploited, incorrectly granted or otherwise illegitimate progress, rewards, currencies or items.
Game changes and Public Beta
Eldryn may change balance, rewards, prices, drop rates, progression, events, regions, features and other gameplay rules as the game develops. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed.
During Public Beta, normal gameplay progress may be reset before live release. The Public Beta page explains what Beta recognition is preserved.
Purchases
When the Store is available, checkout is handled by Stripe. The product, quantity and price shown before payment are the terms of that purchase.
Wayfinder Passes, Eldra Crystals and other paid Eldryn products are virtual content. They are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash through Eldryn.
If a paid purchase is completed but does not arrive, contact Eldryn support with the checkout reference so we can investigate it. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks may result in the related virtual goods or entitlement being removed or adjusted where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer right that applies under law.
Availability and the Service "as is"
Eldryn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the Service reliable and protect player data, but we do not promise that Eldryn will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or compatible with every Discord or website change.
We also do not promise that a particular feature, event, balance value, item, reward, ranking or piece of virtual progress will remain unchanged indefinitely. Maintenance, outages, bugs, security incidents, third-party platform changes and development work can affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eldryn makes no additional implied warranties about the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eldryn is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary outages, game balancing, feature changes, third-party platform failures or loss of virtual game progress.
This section does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights.
Suspension and ending access
You can request deletion of your Eldryn Trainer through /account in Discord. Eldryn may suspend, restrict or permanently revoke access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Code of Conduct, protect players or the Service, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or address security risks.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Eldryn, applicable law or the services we rely on change. The current version and update date are shown on this page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated Terms apply to future use of the Service.
